Tasting Characteristics

Rich, full of flavor, with hints of icing sugar, white cake and citrus with aromas of fruit blossoms, yellow apples, citrus fruits, minerals and spices.

Process

Distilled once from fresh cane juice, it is rested for 9 months in steel tanks and then volcanic water is added from the springs of the surrounding area and bottled at 40% ABV.
