The limited-edition series, The Distillery Collection, allows rum lovers to experience the pure essence of the different forms of Diplomatico.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has strong aromas of tropical fruits with some woody very balanced between them. In the mouth it is slightly dry, with notes of wood, fresh citrus, pleasantly combined with a long finish.

The process

This rum matures in American oak casks, ex bourbon and whiskey. Each bottle is numbered with the distillation date.

Served

It deserves to be consumed plain or on the rocks.
