Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of sugarcane, sugar, raisins and some spices. In the mouth it has flavours of fresh flowers, oats, cedar, honey and apples. Its finish is lasting, with flavours of wood-spices and sugar.

The process

It consists of rum aged from 6 to 10 years in American oak casks that previously housed Bourbon Whiskey, while some of the rum is aged in casks that previously had Oloroso Sherry. Another aging after the final blending is the one that gives the homogeneity of the wonderful final mixture.

Enjoy it plain, on the rocks or ideal in a cocktail.
