Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of toffee, vanilla, spices and oak. There are still hints of smoke. In the mouth it tastes like cocoa, caramel, spices and vanilla. Its finish is lasting and soft with notes of smoke.

The process

Produced from molasses and distilled in a 6-column distillate to give the purity needed before aging in white oak casks from whiskey or brandy. It ages for 18 years.
