Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of brown sugar, toffee and stone fruits. In the mouth it is sweet and has the taste of syrup, with flavours of spices, brown sugar, molasses and plums. Its finish is creamy with notes of spices.

The process

To El Dorado 15 Y.O. has matured in oak casks for at least 15 years. It is then blended harmoniously using Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills, Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still.

Enjoy on the rocks or in a cool cocktail.
