Tasting Characteristics

Rich on the nose with beautiful notes of sherry and a note of spices. In taste rich and well structured, it evolves into subtle notes of the aged port. At the end, it has aromas of tobacco, licorice and wonderful beech notes.

The process

Tropical ageing for 8 -15 years and then Continental ageing for 2-10 years. A blend of very old rums, finished in many different types of casks ranging from new white oak to Bourbon casks as well as Ferrand casks, each with different level of toasting.

Enjoy plain, on the rocks or in a fancy cocktail.
