Tasting Characteristics

Amber color. On the nose it has aromas of butter, dried cherries, vanilla, pineapple jam and caramelized walnuts. In the mouth it is dry, fruity with a body full of depth and balance. The aftertaste is with notes of carrot cake, walnut, mocha and a strong toasted taste that slowly fades.

The process

Ron Barcelor Imperial is premium quality rum. Its quality lies in the strict monitoring of sugarcane production, the use of cleaner water as well as the aging in American oak casks under the most ideal climatic conditions in the Dominican Republic.
