Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of molasses and honey, along with notes of vanilla, sweet pineapple, peach and some aromas of tobacco and leather. In the mouth it has flavours of roasted coffee, oak spices, caramel, dried guava and a lot of vanilla. The finish has flavors of oak, cedar and thick honey.

The process
