The sweet aroma of cinnamon and banana can be seen on the nose, while the complex taste of maple, banana, allspice, vanilla and pepper stands out in the mouth. A complex and at the same time delicate rum flavored for 30 days with a mixture of spices inspired by the Creole cuisine for which Louisiana is known.

The process

They use traditional methods with the latest technology from fermentation to distillation, maturation and bottling.
