Tasting Characteristics

It has aromas and flavours of pineapple, oranges, raisins, cinnamon and black pepper. There are still noticeable notes of creamy vanilla, that develop later.

The process

A blend of Caribbean rum and spices and inspired by Southern Scottish flavours such as saffron cake, it contains spices and the sherry Pedro Ximenez of Rum & Crab Shack himself.
