Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has distinctive aromas of brown sugar, honey, cocoa and notes of roasted spices, especially vanilla, spices and especially cloves. The taste has biscuit notes while it is bittersweet with a light body. On the palate it has a variety of flavours such as dark chocolate, marshmallow, egg cream and vanilla. Short finish, although it leaves some aromas.

The process

Blend from rum distilled in Barbados in double column and pot, in Trinidad in column still and in Jamaica in pot. It has no addition of caramel colour.
