Ron Cubay is a result of human cooperation created in 1964 to continue the tradition and preserve the customs and traditions of the country. Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of toffee and red pepper. It has a soft sensation in the mouth, while the light creamy toffee balances with the black pepper. There are some herbal flavours as well. In the finish there are flavours of vanilla and spices.

The process

The rum matures for 3 years before being bottled in North American White Oak casks.
