Intense aromas of sea air, rye bread and caramel. Rich and soft mouth, with initial impressions of salted caramel, cereals and honey. Subtle flavours of toast, white pepper and hazelnut follow.

The process

This vodka is made with rare Diamond Dankowskie rye, from a unique estate, located in Smogory, a small village in the countryside of western Poland. It is surrounded by the region's vast virgin forests. This extremely bold, robust and salty vodka captures the essence of its pristine area, reminiscent of the dense hardwood forests that dominate the terroir.

Served

On the rocks, simply with juice or in a cocktail.
