Stoli(chnaya) is a vodka: intense sense of alcohol, backed by notes of cereal grain, apricot and lime.

The process

Among the wheat fields sown in Stolichnaya, the state-of-the-art Talvis distillery produces a distillate of unparalleled quality, by carefully tossing the volatile "heads" and oily "tails". The three distillations offer Stoli its discreet wheaten taste. Afterwards, the product is transfered to the imposing Latvijas Balzams distillery in Latvia, a vodka temple, built by order of the Tsar in 1901. It is filtered through Russian birch charcoal to gain the softness, that characterizes any drink.

On the rocks, with juice or in a cocktail.
