Evan Williams White (Bottled in Bond) 700ml

The Heaven Hill Distillery, which has been operating since 1783 on the Ohio River, is perhaps the first commercial distillery in Kentucky. It was made by Evan Williams, who had settled in the area, growing corn. It makes many American whiskies. Its range includes products with a full character, despite the basic way of production. It owns a barrel factory, managing millions of casks. It is the second best-selling bourbon distillery in the world but the first among those to have one production point.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has sweet aromas of vanilla, ginger, spices and dried fruits. In the mouth it has a peppery beginning, but a soft continuation of vanilla, caramel and orange peel flavors. The finish leaves a slight spicy feeling.

The process

It consists of 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley and ages for at least 4 years in virgin white oak casks.
