Jim Beam Devil's Cut 700ml

When the bourbon ages, part of it evaporates through the cask, upwards, towards the skies. It is believed that angels are claiming their dues, so this was called "angel's share". Jim Beam Devil's Cut is exactly the opposite. It is made of the part that is trapped deep in the wood of the barrel: the "devil's share". And through a special process, it is extracted.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has aromas of freshly cut oak and vanilla. In the mouth vanilla and oak are strengthened. The finish is soft but remains woody and spicy.

The process

The classic whiskey of 6 years of aging becomes a blend with the distillate that has "watered" the wood of the casks, aquiring intense earthy dimension, depth and complexity.
