Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it is fruity, with notes of honey and nuts and some hints of oak. In the mouth it is rich and full, with flavours of rye, malt, vanilla and nuts. The finish is quite sweet, with notes of oak and spices.

The process

Each production batch does not exceed 19 casks. The sour mash method is used in the fermentation, which ensures the stable quality of the product. Tested by Master Distiller and his team at least five times during maturation. The rotation of the casks during the maturation is done by hand. The use of red winter wheat is responsible for its rich taste.

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
