Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it has soft aromas of raisin, cinnamon, toffee and black pepper. Also distinguished is sweetness from vanilla, honey and caramelized banana. In the mouth it is spicy, with notes of clove and nutmeg. Everything continues in the aftertaste.

The process

Synonymous with authentic bourbon, the creation of legendary Master Distiller, Eddie Russell, is aged in American oak barrels, of 4th level, "alligator char" scorching (lasting for 55 seconds).
