Gentle and rich mix of fruits and cereals, with spices. Cooked barley, honey, bread and forest fruits. Soft and delicate dry finish.

The process

It is the a new edition from Teeling Whiskey Distillery. Bottled directly after the triple distilation in a copper pot. Not matured in a barrel, but made of premium quality Irish barley.

Served

Enjoy it plain or with mixers, like soda. It is an excellent basis for cocktails. It can be served with premium tonic water and an orangle peel.
