Tasting Characteristics

Nose has sweet, malty aromas, with notes of lemongrass, nectarine and banana. Mouth is also sweet, with flavours of summer fruit, oak and orange blossom. Aftertaste is a little oily, with hints of nuts and cereals.

The process

Hatozaki Finest is a blend containing 40% single malt and 60% grain whisky. The Head Blender of this "young" distillery started in 2018, carefully selecting distillates from each of the casks, to highlight this blending work as the milestone of the distillery.

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
