Tasting Characteristics

Nose: A hint of sea breeze and sweet notes of flowers and sea plants on the nose. Mouth : Soothing freshness on the palate with notes of mint. Finish: Long and intense smooth heather honey finish at the end.

Umiki became the first whisky in the world to be made using desalinated and filtered ocean water and aging in a pine barrel.
