Tasting Characteristics

Aromatic on the nose with notes of dried fruit and traces of smoke. The taste is creamy, sweet, with hints of vanilla, peach, oak and mild peat. In its finish, it leaves traces of ginger and grapefruit zest.

The Process

Aberfeldy 12 is matured in a combination of Sherry, Bourbon, re-fill and re-char casks.

Best Served

Straight or with ice, in a low glass.
