Τasting Characteristics

On the nose comes a rich bouquet of peat, brown sugar, espresso coffee, cereals and smoke aromas. In the mouth come flavours of ripe fruits and black forest honey, for the mixture of peat and smoked barley to finally settle. Very long finish, starring caramel and malt.

The Process

Non chill-filtered and with a strength of 54% ABV, it aged in ex-sherry barrels.

Served

Better in a small glass, straight or with ice.
