Aromas of toffee, sweet spices and various fruit reach the nose. On the palate flavors of ripe figs and cherries. Aftertaste with a domination of dark chocolate, tangerines and dried figs.

The Process

Matured in some of the finest casks available to the whisky industry, this cask strength single malt is both luxurious and elegant, with layers of rich sweet spice and oak. The Master Distiller has worked with producers in some of the most prestigious Sherry Bodegas in Jerez, Spain, to select only the best quality casks. This bottling is a "return to roots", because it reminds the style of some of the earliest Arran single malts, also matured in sherry casks. This expression is the perfect partner to 'The Bothy', since both showcase the skill and expertise of the Master Distiller in working with different wood and barrel types.

Served

Ideally enjoyed with an ice cube, but also stands great in a cocktail.
