Dalwhinnie 15 Y.O.is the quintessence of Highlands' single malt whiskies. Meaning “plain of meetings” in gaelic, Dalwhinnie’s name is a reference to the distillery's location, at a junction of two old roads, between two mountain ranges.

Τasting Characteristics

Smooth and sweet, with flavours of heather, honey and spices, followed by deeper flavours of citrus fruit and bread. An excellent "marriage" between sweetness and surprising intensity.

The Process

A complete long matured malt whisky. Produced since 1898 in the eponymous distillery, located in one of the coldest and uninhabited spots in Scotland, with water from a loch at 2000 ft.

Calls for a neat serve, with a little spring water.
