Τasting Characteristics

Intriguingly complex aroma. Heather honey and vanilla fudge are combined with rich dark fruits. Silky smooth taste. Velvety soft, it reveals layers of sherry, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Aftertaste with a lingering sweetness.

The Process

Aged in new oak casks and ex-sherry casks and , the whisky is then mellowed in a unique Solera Vat. It is a large oak tun, inspired by the sherry bodegas of Spain and Portugal. Always half-full with distillates dating back to 1998 and forward, the Solera Vat is the... spirit of innovation of the family.

Served

Ideally served in a low glass, straight or with a few drops of water, to highlight its aromas.
