Τasting Characteristics

Dark golden colour. Floral nose, with senses of vanilla, banana, fig, toffee, leather and oak. Taste initially soft, then brisk, with touches of smoke, pepper, lime, ginger and sweet spices. Long lasting, spicy finish.

The Process

Patiently matured for 21 years at the distillery, it is an exquisite, traditional Speyside whisky, with the unique Glenfiddich signature. But rather than bottle it, Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand picks selected barrels and adds a sublime touch. By finishing the distillate in Caribbean rum casks, it awakens the liquid, rousing it with tropical notes and the vibrancy of caramel.

Served

Ideally served in a low glass, straight or with a few drops of water, to highlight its aromas.
