Τasting Characteristics

Nose is complex, clear, with notes of ripe pear and summer fruits. The taste balances vanilla sweetness with floral fragrances. The finish is long and sweet, with a subtle hint of peat.

The Process

Its base is the widely recognized grain whisky from the Girvan region. After being distilled under vacuum at low temperature, to become lighter and more refined, it is aged in oak wood, to obtain a deeper, sweeter and softer fruity aroma: the perfect base.

Served

Ρleasant with ice, but can also be mixed with water or soda.
