Tasting Characteristics

Intense nose. Aromas of dark choholate and cooked fruits are distinguished. Taste initially soft, then brisk, vibrant and dry, with a touch of pepper, smoke and toffee.Finish is very long and warming.

The Process

Εxclusively matured in Oloroso sherry casks, from the renowned Jose Miguel Martin bodega.

Served

Straight or with a few drops of mineral water.
