Tasting Characteristics

Aromas of brown sugar, cinnamon, clove, roasted almond, sandalwood and malt. In the mouth it is slightly oily, with flavors of raisins, dark chocolate, tobacco and cherry jam. It finishes with flavors of nuts and citrus oils.

The process

Distilled whit the "2,81" process. Specific calculations have shown that this innovative method, dating back to 1896, corresponds to, neither two, nor three distillations, but rather... 2,81 distillations. It is matured for 12 years in european ex-sherry and american ex-bourbon casks.
