Tasting Characteristics

Nose is quite soft and clean, with notes of peat, citrus and brown sugar. Mouth has a light texture and full flavor, with elements of apple juice, lemon, lime, cumin and bacon. Its finish is long and salty, with a sense of liquorice and smoke.

The process

Ageing in refill american oak casks allows the character of the spirit to shine through, making for a gentle, smoky, moreish dram.

Served

Enjoy on the rocks, plain or with drops of mineral water.
