Tasting Characteristics

The color of the Throne is bright red with violet highlights. The nose is full of freshness with aromas of wild cherry, blackberry, violet and subtle hints of black tea and clove. In the mouth it has a moderate body, balanced acidity and soft tannins. The aftertaste is medium-lasting with a pervasive sensation of red fruits.

Vineyard

Vinification - Maturing

The grapes are picked by hand and immediately transported to the winery. The extraction and alcoholic fermentation last 10 days in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation follows and then the wine matures for 5 months sur lie in stainless steel tanks.

Harmony

It goes perfectly with grilled and stewed meats, pasta with minced meat or red sauces and oven lamb with potatoes.
