Moderate ruby color. On the nose characteristic aromas of small red fruits, subtle barrel and spicy spices. Mouth very fresh, with high acidity to give vitality, without huge volume, but exceptional taste complexity and elegant presence of tannins. Staying in the glass or pouring into a carafe "opens" the wine aromatically, allowing its attractive character to fully develop.

Vineyard

The grapes come from the separate regions of the Paleomylos and Kalbilagas area, in Tyrnavos.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic red wine vinification method with the use of spontaneous yeast, yeast fermantation in wooden tanks. Extraction lasts for 20 - 25 days. Maturation in 1200L and 2400L barrels.

Harmony

It accompanies ideal dishes of Greek cuisine, pasta with red sauces and spices, meatball with red sauce, burger and white meats.
