Tasting Characteristics

Red wine with deep ruby color. Intense aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) in combination with wood notes and aromas of spices. In the mouth round and with gentle tannins.

Grapes from the best parts of the vineyard, in Bordeaux, careful selection and vintage with multiple passages, in order to be collected at optimal maturity.

Vinification – Maturation

For this particular cuvee, only the best tanks were selected, with temperature controlled for about three weeks and at least two recycles per day.

Ideal combination with red meat.
