Vineyard

The grapes are cultivated in vineyards of northwest Italy.

Vinification – Maturation

Grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed, to achieve slight maceration of skins. During the typical red vinification that follows, ruby colours are released. When fermentation lifts alcohol to a level of 5,5%, the wine is stored at -2°C, until applying the Martinotti foaming method.

Harmony

Perfect to accompany fruit desserts, as it enhances their taste. It can also be used as an aperitif or after a nice meal. Of course, it can be easily used as a cocktail ingredient.

At 8 - 10°C.
