Τasting Characteristics

A bouquet of ripe cherries, plums and red fruit aromas on a background of a carefully smoked barrel. Notes of vanilla and mint. Smooth, elegant, full bodied and velvety tannins, very long aftertaste.

Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 40%

Vineyard

It is located in the area of Maronia.

Vinification – Maturation

Fermentation with whole grapes and pigeage technique. Maturation takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels. This is followed by bottling and long aging that can reach 20 years.

Ηarmony

It pairs well with pork chops, filet mignon, rib - eye steak, wild poultry.
