In fresh edition a red variety with genuine Greek prestige. Rich ruby color. To the nose expresses an exquisite aromatic character with an emphasis on the aromas of cherry and spices. Elegant and balanced, distinguished for its velvety taste and soft tannins.

Vinification – Maturation

Manual harvest and immediate transfer into the winery in small crates. Destemming and transfer to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation and extraction take place.

A fresh Agiorgitiko is considered to be a terrific gourmet chameleon, as it can match any appetizing, light dishes of meat and fish. Finally, Agiorgitiko in a sweet version loves chocolate and coffee very much.
