Xinomavro 70%, Mandilaria 30%

Xinomavro comes from vines scattered in the zone of Naoussa and Mandilaria comes from Santorini.

Vinification – Maturation

The fermentation is taking place in a stainless steel tank.

Ideal as an aperitif or with light cuisine, pies, pork pancakes and medium cheese.
