Tasting Characteristics

Exceptionally bright and a light colour between light rosy and salmon. Lively nose reminiscent primarily of red fruit like strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemon verbena and an almost imperceptible presence of spices. Elegance and finesse with a refreshing acidity which balances the alcohol creating a sense of harmony rounded up with a pleasant fruity finish.

Variety Composition

Merlot, Agiorgitiko, Grenache

Vinification – Maturation

Short skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks. It will remain pleasant for the next 2-3 years.

Harmony

Even though its delicate personality urges to enjoy on its own, it can be paired beautifully with fine cured meats, fish in light red sauce, grilled red mullet, tuna carpaccio, even stuffed vegetables.
