Tasting Characteristics
It is bright, with a pale pink color reminiscent of Provence roses. Separate aromas of red fruits, cherry, red apple, orange, saguini and rose notes. Balanced, medium body with pleasant acidity on the palate, with a pleasant and long aftertaste.

Syrah, Grenache Rouge, Agiorgitiko at equal rates.
Vineyard
The vineyard of La Tour Melas is located in the village of Achinos in Central Greece. The terroir of the sloping terraces consists of adventurous pebbles of the Quaderogenic and rises up to 200 meters above sea level, which separates it only 2 kilometers. These pebbles consist mainly of clay, sand, granules and limestone coastal aggregates offer high quality wines.

Consumed within 1 to 3 years from the year of production.

It accompanies olive dishes, fried barbecue, shrimp, sausage dishes but also with exotic cuisine, either Chinese, Thai and Mexican.
