Bright magenta color. Aromas of summer red fruits and hints red flowers. Elegant texture with buttery and salty aftertaste and strong hints of minerality.

Vineyard

The vineyards are located in the villages of Pyrgos, Megalochori, Akrotiri, Emporios. The age of the vines is 50-80 years.

Vinification – Maturation

Right after the pressing session, must was transferred to the fermentation tank where it was fermented naturally under controlled temperatures, 16-18°C, for a month. The wine matured in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and was bottled unfiltered. It has an aging potential of 2 years.

Harmony

Ιt pairs well with summer plates with light red sauces, cuisine of the Cyclades island complex and also meat plates like chicken plates and fresh salads.
