Tasting Characteristics

It is a rose wine with a soft color and in a shade of rose petal. Elegant, with an aromatic palette reminiscent of fresh summer fruits and floral notes. It is then distinguished by a balanced touch with substance, refreshing acidity and mineral substrate that leaves at the end a suspicion of salt.

Vineyard

Clay soils with very good drainage at an altitude of 350 meters and vines, in some places, grown on terraces compose the image of vineyards.

Vinification – Maturation

95% of the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, while only 5% in barrels by the batonnage method. It then matures with fine wine lees with continuous weekly stirring.

Harmony

Ideal combination with salads, fruits, shellfish, fish, seafood risotto, shrimp spaghetti.
