Tasting Characteristics

Both varieties are harvested earlier than their optimal maturity to create a pale color rose with delicate aromas of citrus, botanical notes, strawberry and tomato leaves. In the mouth is rich due to the presence of Syrah and has high acidity thanks to the Xinomavro, pleasant and refreshing aftertaste.

Foot of Mountain Paggaion. Cultivation linear vineyards located in medium soils that extend at the foot of Mountain Paggaion at an altitude of 200m.
