Tasting Characteristics

The wine is particularly aromatic, very fresh in both its taste and its aroma, because of the fact that the Pamidi variety, which was resurrected by the estate, is a sweet and aromatic (edible) type of grape that provides fresh strawberry, cherry, and sour cherry aromas (this is the nature of the variety). The wine provides a pleasantly sweet aftertaste due to residual sugar.

Vineyard

The vineyards are located in Avdira, at the southeastern end of the Protected Geographic Indication area.

Vinification – Maturation

Rose vinification following cold extraction prior to fermentation at a low temperature in order to highlight the aromatic potential of its varieties. The fermentation is ended naturally at the desired point by cooling.

Harmony

Ideal combination with light green salads, fruit salads, Asian cuisine.
