Tasting Characteristics

The color of the Throne is straw-yellow with greenish highlights. The nose is dominated by aromas of rose and lemon flowers. In the mouth it has a crisp acidity that gives it freshness. Medium body and long lingering aromatic aftertaste. Pleasant from his young age.

Vineyard

The grapes are harvested by hand from the vineyard in mountainous Mantineia.

Vinification - Maturing

The grapes are picked by hand and immediately transported to the winery in Nemea. After the pre-fermentative cryo-extraction for 7 to 8 hours, we drink only with the precursor, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for more than 3 weeks. The wine is then matured sur lie for 2 months.

Harmony

It goes perfectly with grilled fish and seafood, pork lemonade, fricassee and goat cheeses.
