The grapes come from the separate regions of the Paleomylos area, in Tyrnavos.

Vinification – Maturation

Classic white viinification method with the use of spontaneous yeast yeast fermantation in wooden tanks of 2400l. Maturation in 2400L barrels for 12 months.

Harmony

It pairs well with fish, white meats, pasta with white sauces and soft cheeses.
