Tasting Characteristics

The wine is expressive and delicate, with subtle aromas of green apple, pear, musk lemon and lemon peel, flint notes and jasmine flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and the lees provide a round structure. The aftertaste is long, persistent with a strong mineral character.
