Tasting Characteristics

Impressive in appearance, lemon with green hues. From aromas stand out those of green apple, citrus, white flowers in combination with aromas of brioche and cereals. In the mouth it has a feeling of minerality with strong flavors of fruits such as peach and pear.

Vinification – Maturation

Its blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three main grape varieties in Champagne whose proportions vary from year to year, but always find the same harmony: the body of Pinot Noir (30 to 40%), the suppleness of Meunier (30 to 40%), and the finesse of Chardonnay (20 to 30%).

Harmony

It is the perfect aperitif, while it can accompany a wide range of fine flavors such as sushi, caviar, shellfish, white meat and dried white fruits.
