Vineyard

This wine consists of parcels blended from two different vineyards from Waipara and Hawkes Bay, each contributing unique aroma and flavour characteristics.

Vinification – Maturation

Fruit from each vineyard was harvested, crushed and soaked for a time on skins to extract flavour and aromatics prior to the pressed juice being racked bright for cool fermentation in stainless steel.

This wine complements many food styles including white meats and salads, cheese boards, Asian and Indian cuisine.
