Vineyard

The location of the vineyards is Episkopi, the amphitheater hill of ancient Gomfa (Mouzaki) and a place where wine has been produced since ancient times. The microclimate is very favorable, the cold evenings allow the grapes to ripen in a balanced way, despite the very hot summer days, giving fresh and aromatic wines.

Vinification - Aging

Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. Remaining with its lees for 3 months.

It goes perfectly with fish and seafood dishes, as well as pasta and risotto.
